In a rapidly changing technological world, human easily access to global knowledge through Internet. It brings people both advantages and disadvantages. First, it creates a wider environment for building new relationship. It cannot be denied that Internet supplies a wide range of social network and app for people to make more friends. Talking to each other or even seeing their face is popular in modern society and all you have to do is a smartphone connected to wi-fi or 3G. Therefore, the Internet saves our time, health and even money when not having to pay for a call. Second, Internet provides large piece of information and knowledge of all subjects. With a click or some searching, users have different source of document and helpful information. For instance, instead of reading newspaper, it is more comfortable to read and comment online not only news, essay but also books and other kind of writings. They are all uploaded on the Internet, user can download it for several purposes. Third, applying internet into all aspect of life is helpful in modern society. A good example is that instead of going to the office, officer can stay at home and control the work through a laptop. Many group and organization make appointments online and they even do a business by the internet.

Computer currently helps me much in my study. First of all, it helps me format my lessons effectively. I often type my lessons on the computer and format them to make them attractive to eyes so that I may learn them by heart quickly and review them conveniently. Next, computer helps me keep my materials safely for future use. Today, beside the hard drive, I often bring my USB’s with me and use them to save all what I want at any time and place. Moreover, I often updatemy materials on the screen. This enables me to create clear and tidy versions of materials and save up much time for other activities. On the other hand, computer is the most helpful friend helping me learn information and knowledge on the internet.Thanks to computer, I often access the internet and learn many things. Computer has made my understanding better day by day and become indispensable for my study.

With the advancement of science and technology, phone has become the smart friend of everyone. It is no denial of the benefits that the phone brings because of the following reasons. First of all, the basic benefit of the phone is that it makes communication become easier than ever. Previously, to communicate with another, one had to write a hand letter, which was very troublesome and sometimes the letter could be misplaced. Now, in spite of being halfway around the Earth, we can still interact, hear the voice of the other. This way is more economical and extremely convenient for everyone to use. In addition, with a phone, we can take photographs and save great moments, no much difference from a camera. In our free time, we can take a look to relax, it is interesting. Futhermore, the phone has many other great applications such as clock alarming, note, calculator, voice recorder, etc. A hand-held phone that has so many useful functions integrated in. Each of these functions serves us a lot in our lives. As a result, the phone itself has become a close friend of each of us, be inseparable.

For a long time, television has been regarded as a saving means of entertainment and acquiring useful knowledge. However, besides the benefits mentioned above, it also brings a lot of harm because of the following reasons. First, watching TV takes up a lot of our time. I do not deny the benefits such as entertainment or education that it brings. However, instead of spending all the day just watching TV, we can do some useful works such as doing homework, helping mother to do housework. Through that, we can gather for ourselves a lot of soft skills and become closer to the other. Second, sitting too close to the TV screen will make harm affect on our health. Studies have shown that sitting near television will shorten our vision, in addition increase the risk of cardiovascular diseases and degeneration of the neck vertebrae ... These are the disadvantages that no one expects. Therefore, let's limit the amount of time spending watching TV and save that time doing other useful things.

We stay at home and know what is happens all over the world. You can watch you favourite  programs and game shows you . Someone spends 3 or 4 hours sitting in front of television.
There are too much advertisements on television which makes us tired. Anyway, TV is a wonderful invention. It is a cheapest kind of entertainment for everybody.

I find playing online games very interesting. It can support me to feel relaxative after everyday after tired time of learning at school. I usually like to play online chess. It is exciting and challenging. It also help me to make friends online. It helps me to think over everything before acting. However, I always limit my time of playing online games. Because I think playing too much online games makes me tired. My eyes are often soring. My mother always reminds me of learning hard, so I know what is the most important to me. Playing online games only helps me to relax a little. So I advise you to working hard at school, and just spend a little time playing online games, although how much you like it.

In my daily life, I have some hobbies such as traveling, cooking, listening to music, etc. However, I enjoy reading books most. To me, books are always a good friend. Firstly, reading books makes me feel relaxed after many long stressful hours at school. I really like comic books because they contain many colorful and interesting images that keep my spirit relaxed. Secondly, reading books is a good way to improve my vocabulary and grammar. For example, reading books tells me about the world’s history, lets me see the structure of the human body, or brings me a story of Harry Potter. In conclusion, I think reading is one of the most interesting indoor activities.

Playing sport is necessary because it brings about physical strength and mental power to the person involved in this on regular basis. Outdoor sports such as football, cricket, volleyball, hockey, running, etc help in improving physical health and mental fitness. However, some indoor games and sports brain games, chess, Sudoku, etc improve mental power and concentration level.

Sports and games are very beneficial to us as they teach us punctuality, patient, discipline, teamwork and dedication. Being involved in the sports activities helps us in getting protected with numerous diseases such as arthritis, obesity, heart problems, diabetes, etc.

It teaches us to go ahead in life by removing all the weaknesses. It makes us bold and gives the feeling of happiness by reducing the occurrence of anxiety and angry. It makes us physically fit and be mentally comfort, which we can easily deal with all the problems.

Playing sports is very necessary for the growth of an individual in our life. It's improtant to reserve a good health. Firstly, playing sports helps control weight and prevent obesity. Moreover, It also helps add body have a balance and stay in a good shape. Secondly, we can make lots of new friends when playing together and we will develop teamwork skills annd other useful skills.Finally, we can be creative, confident and feel satisfied when playing sports. Moreover, playing sports will reduce the pressures in our life, at school and relieve stress after a long day. For these reasons, I think we should spend our time playing outdoor sports such as football, badminton, basketball and ect to prevent the health issues and have a healthy life.

Sport has long been regarded as a magic medicine to keep the body healthy and the mind relaxing. It brings us a lot of great benefits that not everyone all knows. First, regular exercises help to have a healthy body. We become more and more flexible, muscles get more toned and at the same time volume of lungs is expanded, helps us circulate the trachea more easily. Second, exercises also help us to relax mind. For example, when you walk in the morning, you can watch the dawn on the city. How roman it is! We can connect with the nature, observe and feel the beauty of the flowers, the green trees, listen to the birds chirping. Last but not least, exercises also help us be closer to the other around. Most of the time on day everyone is busy with work, has very little time for exchange with other. This is a good opportunity to meet and make friends, strengthen neighborhood relationships.
